What if I need to cancel/reschedule my cleaning?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. If you know you are going to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24 hour notice so we can fill your time slot with another cleaning client.

How does your cleaning crew get into my home?

You can choose to leave the door unlocked, hide a key on the.property, share your garage door code, or provide us with a labeled key. We prioritize the security and privacy of your home.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make payment easy! Once our cleaning work is complete, we will send you an invoice with all the details. You can pay for our services with Apple Pay, credit card, or you can choose one of our other payment methods. Our payment process is secure and we take all major credit cards. We also offer Checks, Cash and other e-payments.
